The Customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges, unless other information is given. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Postnord execute all orders made domestically. DHL will execute orders made internationally. Note that Julie Josephine is not responsible for tax and duty costs for international orders.
We aim to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 5 working days of the date of our order confirmation (if not a pre-order). However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.
You may return any products you have ordered from juliejosephine.com within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise. All goods returned for refund must be unused with original packaging intact and must be accompanied by a completed Return/Exchange Form. Please send an email to email@example.com in order for us to arrange a return shipment.
The customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned (unless stated otherwise) to the extent that the return of the items are not the result of error by Julie Josephine. We are not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods.
A return fee of 49 NOK will be deducted from your refund. You will not be refunded the original amount you may have paid for shipping. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanged items to the customer only when the exchange is due to error from our side.
Each shipment will contain a “Return Form/angreskjema”. This form is provided for
