Because the pieces we live in are worth caring for.
One free repair in our Oslo stores, in collaboration with Fikse.
A favourite shirt softens with wear. A wool knit shapes itself to your body. Over time these signs of use become part of the garment. Even the most carefully made clothes need a helping hand now and then, so we repair them, together with skilled partners like Fikse.
What we repair
During this pilot, every customer is entitled to one free repair. We cover:
- Loose seams
- Small holes in high-friction areas, such as the underarm, inner thigh or elbow
- Missing buttons and minor stitching
- Fraying hems and cuffs
We assess every garment individually, so the repair works and looks right.
What we can't repair
- Stains, discolouration or bleach damage
- Heavy damage, such as large tears or burn marks
- Alterations, such as shortening, taking in or letting out
- Damage caused by washing or care that doesn't follow the label
We may still be able to help with some of these for a fee. Write to us and we'll tell you what's possible.
How it works
Bring the garment to one of our stores in Oslo, at Frognerveien 4 or CC Vest. It must be a Julie Josephine piece, and freshly washed: we can't accept unwashed garments and will return them unrepaired.
Repairs by post are not available yet.
