Repair Service

A favourite shirt softens with wear. A wool knit shapes to your body. Over time, these signs of use become part of the garment’s story and its beauty. But even the most carefully made clothes may need a helping hand along the way.

That’s why we’re introducing a repair service.
A commitment to those who wish to keep wearing what they love, a little longer.

Each customer is entitled to one complimentary repair during this pilot phase. We cover:

  • Loose seams
  • Small holes in high-friction areas (such as underarm, inner thigh or elbow)
  • Detached buttons or minor stitching issues
  • Fraying hems or cuffs

All garments are assessed individually to ensure the repair both supports both functionality or aesthetics.

  • Stains, discolouration or bleach damage
  • Heavy fabric damage (e.g. large tears, burn marks)
  • General alterations (e.g. shortening, taking in/out, resizing)
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing or care

We may still be able to assist with some of these on a paid basis. Please reach out and we’ll do our best to guide you.

  • The garment is from Julie Josephine
  • It is freshly washed before delivery
  • It is delivered in person to one of our Oslo locations:
    • Frognerveien 4
    • CC Vest

Unwashed garments cannot be accepted and will be returned without repair.

Repairs through our online service is currently not available.
