Who is running this competition

The promoter is Julie Josephine AS, org. no. 915 335 853, Frognerveien 4B, 0257 Oslo, Norway ("Julie Josephine", "we", "us").

The competition is run in partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World Ltd ("SLH"), 34 North Row, London W1K 6DG, United Kingdom.

The two parts of the prize are provided separately, and each party is responsible only for its own part. SLH provides, issues and is solely responsible for the accommodation. Julie Josephine provides and is solely responsible for the garments. Julie Josephine is not the supplier of the accommodation and gives no undertaking about it.

Who can enter

You must be 18 or over on the date you enter, and resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the wider European Economic Area.

Employees, officers and contractors of Julie Josephine and SLH, their group companies, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition, together with their immediate families and households, may not enter.

By entering you confirm that you meet these conditions and that the details you give are your own, accurate and complete. We may ask for proof of identity, age and residence before releasing the prize, and may withdraw it if that proof is not provided within a reasonable time.

When it runs

Entries open on 18 September 2026 and close at 23:59 CEST on 2 October 2026. Entries recorded outside that window are not valid, whatever the reason for the delay.

Our record of the time an entry was received is final.

How to enter

Sign up to the Julie Josephine newsletter using the entry form on the competition page. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Buying something does not improve your chance of winning.

One entry per person and per email address. Where we identify more than one entry from the same person, only the first is counted.

We may disqualify, without notice, any entry that we reasonably believe to be automated, bulk, made through a third party or prize-entry service, made using a false or another person's identity, or made in a way that interferes with the fair running of the competition. We may also disqualify an entrant who behaves abusively towards our staff, SLH's staff or a hotel.

Entries that are incomplete, unreadable, or that fail to reach us are void. We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed or corrupted by any network, browser, device or email provider.

The prize

There is one prize, for one winner, made up of two parts:

• Accommodation, provided by SLH. Two complimentary nights for two people sharing, in a standard double room, at a participating Small Luxury Hotel of the World chosen by the winner. Issued by SLH as a voucher and governed by clause 6.
• Garments, provided by Julie Josephine. The Agnes Tee in White, the Julie Shirt in White, and the Lilja Cardigan in Plum, in the winner's size. Combined retail value €730 (NOK 7,197).

There is no cash alternative, in whole or in part. The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be sold, transferred, auctioned or exchanged.

Garment sizes are subject to availability. If a piece, colour or size is not available we may substitute another Julie Josephine item of equal or greater retail value, at our discretion.

Where circumstances outside our reasonable control require it, we may substitute the whole prize, or our part of it, with a prize of equal or greater value.

Conditions on the accommodation

The accommodation is supplied by SLH under SLH's own Complimentary Nights Terms & Conditions. Those terms, in the version issued with the voucher, are the ones that apply. What follows is a summary for information only, and where it differs from SLH's terms, SLH's terms prevail.

• Standard double room only, based on two people sharing.
• Always subject to availability, at the individual hotel's discretion. A hotel may decline a request during its peak periods, or once its annual complimentary allocation has been taken.
• New bookings only. The nights cannot be applied to a booking that already exists.
• General online availability and complimentary-night availability may differ. The hotel's availability for the voucher prevails.
• A maximum of three room nights may be requested per hotel, per stay.
• A minimum of two weeks' notice is required.
• Valid for 12 months from the date the voucher is issued, after which it lapses with no replacement.
• All reservation requests must be made in writing to SLH's UK office, for the attention of Katrin Holtkott at katrin.holtkott@slh.com.
• Food, beverages, taxes, resort or city charges and every other incidental cost are settled directly with the hotel before departure.
• Once confirmed by SLH the booking is non-flexible. Any alteration or cancellation forfeits the nights.
• SLH Club loyalty benefits cannot be redeemed in conjunction with this offer.
• All-inclusive hotels carry an additional charge that varies by property.
• No monetary value can be given in exchange for the nights, and they cannot be transferred.
• Casa Ellul, Malta is not available.
• SLH may update its conditions. The version in place when the nights are claimed applies, rather than the version in place when the voucher was issued.

Julie Josephine has no control over any of the above. We are not responsible for a hotel's availability, for a booking being declined, for the standard of any hotel or stay, or for anything SLH or a hotel does or fails to do.

What the prize does not include

The accommodation covers the room only. Everything else is the winner's responsibility and at the winner's cost, including travel to and from the hotel, transfers, flights, visas and travel documents, travel insurance, food and drink, tips, spa and activity charges, tourist and city taxes, parking, and anything charged to the room.

The winner must hold valid travel insurance and any documents required for the destination. We strongly recommend arranging insurance before booking travel, and not booking non-refundable travel before SLH has confirmed the hotel reservation in writing.

Choosing and contacting the winner

One winner is drawn at random from all valid entries, by Julie Josephine, within 10 days of the closing date. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We will contact the winner by email at the address given on entry. It is the entrant's responsibility to give a working address and to check spam and promotions folders. We are not responsible for a notification that does not arrive.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, or declines the prize, or cannot meet these terms, we may withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner. We are not obliged to award the prize at all if no valid entry is received.

We will pass the winner's name and email address to SLH so that SLH can issue the accommodation voucher directly to them. Julie Josephine arranges the garments with the winner separately.

Sending the garments

We will send the garments once the winner has confirmed their sizes and a delivery address within the eligible territories. We pay for one standard delivery.

Risk passes on delivery to the address given. If the address given is wrong or incomplete, or delivery is refused or not collected, we are not obliged to send a replacement.

The garments are a prize and are not sold. They may not be returned, exchanged or refunded, and the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to purchases does not apply.

Tax

Any tax, duty, import charge or other liability arising from winning or using the prize is the winner's sole responsibility, and the winner is responsible for declaring the prize to their own tax authority where required. We recommend taking independent advice. Neither Julie Josephine nor SLH gives tax advice or will meet any such charge.

Your personal data

Julie Josephine AS is the data controller for the information you give on the entry form. We collect your name, email address and country of residence in order to run the competition and to send you our newsletter, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in administering the draw.

Entering signs you up to the Julie Josephine newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing after you have entered does not remove your entry from the draw.

If you win, we will share your name and email address with SLH for the sole purpose of issuing your accommodation voucher, and SLH will handle that information under its own privacy policy. Nothing else is shared with SLH, and we do not sell your data.

Entry data that is not needed for the newsletter is deleted within six months of the draw. You may ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Announcing the winner

We may publish the winner's first name and country of residence, and will provide the same to anyone who writes to us within three months of the closing date asking who won. Nothing further, including a photograph, full name or any statement, will be published without the winner's separate written consent.

Our responsibility to you

We may cancel, suspend, shorten or amend the competition, or these terms, at any time where it is reasonably necessary to do so, including for reasons outside our control. Any change will be published on this page and we will not be liable for it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: any act or omission of SLH or of any hotel; the accommodation being unavailable, declined, cancelled or not as expected; any cost the winner incurs in connection with the prize, including travel booked before the reservation is confirmed; any loss, damage, delay or disappointment arising from the prize or from taking part; or any failure of a network, website, device or email service.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and, for the accommodation, SLH's own terms, are the whole agreement between us about this competition.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

The competition and these terms are governed by Norwegian law, and the courts of Norway have jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EEA or the United Kingdom you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there.

The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform.
