Returns
You can return anything bought at juliejosephine.com within 14 days of receiving it, in the condition you received it, with tags attached. Log in to your account, open the order, choose the items and give a reason. Once we approve it, you get an email with a link to your return label.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Within Norway, a PostNord return label costs 49 to 99 kr.
We do not do direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
Within 14 days of the item reaching our warehouse, or of you showing us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. It goes back to the payment method you used. If you return the whole order within 14 days, we also refund the delivery charge, up to our cheapest standard option.
Write to customercare@juliejosephine.com with your order number in the subject line. You have two years from receipt to complain, and we cover the cost of returning the item and getting a replacement to you.
Sizing and fit
Most product pages say how that piece fits and whether to take your usual size, and many have a size guide with measurements. Tops and knitwear come in XXS to XXL, though not every style in every size; shirts, trousers and tailoring in EU sizes 32 to 42. If you are between sizes, write to us and we will help.
The clothes
Designed in Oslo. Our Pima cotton tees and tops are made in Portugal, from jersey knitted in Italy from American-grown Pima cotton. Shirts, most trousers, dresses and most skirts are made in Portugal too. Knitwear in merino, cashmere and wool, wool outerwear and our satin shirt are made in China. Product pages name the country for each piece where we have it.
Hand wash wool and cashmere cold to lukewarm with a mild detergent, lay flat to dry and store folded. Wash white cotton only with whites, at 30 to 40°C on a gentle cycle, and hang to dry. Each product page has care instructions for that piece, and the full guide is on our Care guide page.
Yes. During the pilot, each customer gets one free repair for loose seams, small holes in high-wear places, buttons, and fraying hems or cuffs. Bring the garment, freshly washed, to our shop at Frognerveien 4 or CC Vest. Repairs by post are not available yet. Details on our Repair service page.
