Brand & Marketing Manager
Julie Josephine is a Norwegian fashion brand in the quiet luxury segment, founded on the idea of redefining the everyday wardrobe through timeless design and uncompromising quality. As one of very few Norwegian-founded brands in the quiet luxury space, we have an ambitious goal of becoming the natural choice for wardrobe essentials when it's time to refresh your closet.
In 2026, Julie Josephine turns 10. We're proud of what we've built — and even more excited about what's coming. The next decade holds big ambitions, and we're now looking for a talented, driven individual to help take the brand where we want it to go.
We are therefore looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of developing and elevating our brand experience, both in Norway and internationally.
About the role
As Brand & Marketing Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for building demand and strengthening Julie Josephine's position in the market. You'll work both strategically and operationally, with a focus on developing a clear brand identity, creating engaging communication, and driving measurable growth.
Responsibilities
You will play a central role in further establishing Julie Josephine as a distinct player in the quiet luxury space, by:
- Ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all channels, and strengthening our market position
- Creating inspiring, relevant, and visually compelling content for social media, the website, and newsletters
- Developing and executing PR and event strategies that increase visibility and build strong relationships
- Further developing and commercialising the customer loyalty programme to increase lifetime value
- Analysing campaigns and activities, and continuously optimising based on insight and results
Who are you?
We're looking for an ambitious, driven individual with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to execute. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and know how to combine creativity with business results. You're personable, relationship-oriented, and bring a well-established network from previous roles — one you actively leverage to create opportunities and grow the brand.
You have:
- A solid understanding of brand building and the ability to craft a clear, differentiated brand narrative
- A strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, with the ability to create content that both engages and converts
- The ability to work independently, make decisions, and deliver in a structured, goal-oriented way
- Experience with social media content production, both conceptually and operationally
- A genuine interest in fashion, and particularly in the quiet luxury segment
It is important that you can demonstrate documented results from similar roles — ideally from building or scaling a brand during a growth phase. Minimum 4 years of experience in brand and/or marketing, preferably from fashion or lifestyle.
