Fill in and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You do not have to use it: any clear statement to us that you are withdrawing is enough, and starting a return in your account also counts.

Return the goods to us without undue delay and within 14 days of sending this notice. You pay the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of your proof of return.
