The Customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges, unless other information is given. Orders received will ship the following business day, subject to availability. Postnord will execute all orders made domestically. UPS will execute orders made internationally. Note that Julie Josephine Essentials is not responsible for tax and duty costs for international orders. The customer making the order has full responsibility of making sure that they are fully informed of these costs.

We will arrange for the merchandise ordered by the Customer, to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in the Customer’s order. We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 5 working days of the date of our order confirmation (if not a pre-order). However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.
